For our 3-way collaboration with Dainties and L’APPART, we worked closely with L’APPART’s Founder, Alia Oraby on curating a pop-up event on Saturday, January 18 of 2025, in celebration of the new year.

 

The concept we came up with embodies the essence of starting the new year on a “Good Note”, with the mission of encouraging people to stick their new year’s resolutions by providing a meticulously curated selection of lifestyle brands and workshops for the day, of course accompanied by Dainties’ delicacies and specialty coffee.

 

Right after the event concept was approved, 25+ brands were selected from our database and contacted.

In parallel, we designed and did the copywriting for the marketing material, which encompassed 5 posts, highlighting the event objectives, ethos and selection of brands, as well as their offerings.

 

Prior to the event, the layout was designed under the supervision of A.O and vendors were ushered to their booths the day of the event to ensure timely installation.

 

Photography and videography covering the event was also conducted by Hoog’s cherished team member, Sara, and was edited and approved in less than 48 hours.

 

It was a pleasure joining forces with wonderfully open and collaborative teams, and we aspire to keep offering value to clients, partners and the local creative community.
